Agreement to terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site operated by IntelliStudio. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Enterprise customers. If you purchase or use IntelliStudio commercially, your use is governed by the written agreement between you and IntelliStudio. If there is a conflict between these Terms and that agreement, the agreement controls for paid Services.

Website and services

The Site provides information about IntelliStudio, an AI workforce platform. Demo requests submitted through the Site do not constitute a binding order. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with the Site's operation or security
• Scrape or harvest data from the Site without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Intellectual property

The Site, including text, graphics, logos, screenshots, and software, is owned by IntelliStudio or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Site content without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Product capabilities described on the Site are subject to change and your specific deployment scope.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTELLISTUDIO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED SINGAPORE DOLLARS (SGD 100).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for disputes arising from these Terms or the Site.
